Employer Service Desk
Our Employer service Desk is run by our dedicated Services Officers. They are here to help you with the day-to-day processes for administering super, and to answer any questions about our schemes, including CSS, PSS and PSSap.
Employer Relationship Managers
Our Employer Relationship Managers are your first point of call when considering any super solution. They provide support at an organisational level and assist with developing meaningful engagement that meets the needs of your agency and your staff.
Our Employer Trainers are here to help you understand our schemes. We offer general training for payroll and HR staff, as well as specialised invalidity training for case management officers.
